Chris Waggoner has over 35 years of experience as a Mercedes-Benz Dealer Master Technician, from 1984 to 2010. In March 2010, Chris opened Silver Star Auto Haus, pursuing his life long passion of owning a shop, along side offering top-notch quality automotive service at an affordable price for Mercedes-Benz. Chris states " I wanted a location with transparency so customers can view our technicians working on their vehicles and feel free to interact with technicians".
As General Manager, Delilah is in charge of billing and Human Resources, as well as scheduling service appointments, gathering estimates, and special ordering parts, Delilah ensures the highest quality parts and best quality service is provided for your Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter Freight Liner Vans, at a reasonable price.
Paul recently joined the Silver Star team after 20 years of Mercedes Benz Dealership service. He attended Mercedes Benz Elite training in 2000 and graduated top of his class. At 24 years old, he was promoted to shop foreman in 2005, one of the youngest shop foremen in the nation. In 2010, he was selected to become New Mexico's only Mercedes Benz Master Guild Certified, the highest level of Mercedes Benz Factory Dealer Certification, and was able to train in the Mercedes Benz and AMG factories in Germany. He is the only Master Guild Certified technician and shop foreman in New Mexico. Paul is certified on Mercedes McLaren, Mercedes SLS AMG and AMG GTS, as well as all Mercedes Benz, AMG, and Sprinter models. Paul has now teamed up with Chris Waggoner as an ownership partner at Silver Star Auto Haus.
As a certified Master Technician, Doug comes with over 20 years of Dealership experience in Mercedes Benz, Smart car and Sprinter/Freight Liner vans. He performs vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as recommended with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with factory standards to drive customer loyalty. He also diagnoses the cause of any malfunction and performs repairs, and work with service advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Blaine specializes in factory maintenance, repairs, and conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
Alyssa works in the office scheduling service appointments for customers, answering phones, creating accurate estimates for repairs, and ordering parts.
Edgar ensures the shop remains clean, washes and vacuums customer vehicles, picks up parts, and helps to maintain the cleanliness of the front office.
