Chris Waggoner has over 30 years of experience as a Mercedes-Benz Dealer Master Technician, from 1984 to 2010. In March 2010, Chris opened Silver Star Auto Haus, pursuing his life long passion of owning a shop, along side offering top-notch quality service, at an affordable price for Mercedes-Benz and other High-End European Vehicles.

With over 25 years professional service experience working with Mercedes-Benz vehicles, Rick's extensive vehicle knowledge and personal commitment to taking care of every customer's needs, goes above and beyond in providing thorough education and exemplorary service to make your vehicle's service experience a pleasurable one.


Delilah~HR and Operations Manager

In charge of scheduling service appointments, gathering estimates, and special ordering parts, Delilah ensures the highest quality parts and best quality service is provided for your Mercedes-Benz, European, and Exotic Vehicles, at a reasonable price.

Morgan~Exotic Car Specialist


With over 22 years experience working on European vehicles, Morgan specializes in servicing many European and Exotic vehicles including Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce vehicles.



Blaine specializes in performing 4 wheel alignments using a state of the art Hunter Precision Laser Alignment machine, along with specializing in tuning customized race spec alignments tailored to customer's requested calibrations.



Charlie has four years of Porsche experience, he builds race cars, and is our alignment perfectionist. Charlie drifts his custom built car when he isn't being a mechanic.

Paul, a major automobile enthusiast, has turned his lifelong love and passion for automobiles into something he dearly defines as a "Labor of Love". Paul assists regularly in providing courtesy shuttle ride services for customers, documenting and educating customers on repairs and services performed and answering questions.



Lisa maintains the website, social media, and focuses on the marketing side of the business.
